"In His Hands" Children's Ministries

.......bringing every child to a personal relationship with Jesus and equipping them to be disciples for Christ.
 

Ages 2 – 6th grade
Sunday morning at 9:15

Using curriculum from Gospel Light, children participate in age appropriate lessons and activities that teach the foundations of our faith and meets the vision God has given us for His children.  Take home resources are provided that parents can use to enhance their family devotions and encourage their children.  Teachers are dedicated to serving during the school year and strive to provide a loving environment for children to experience God’s love.

“Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old he will never depart from it.”    Proverbs 22:6

2 years - 6th grade

Each Wednesday evening after fellowship supper children meet together in clubs for an exciting time of learning and sharing.  The focus of this ministry is to put Christ in every aspect of life.  By presenting Christ as Savior and Lord, the club program gives children opportunities to experience salvation and grow spiritually.  Along with scripture study, club provides a time to discover and develop their gifts, experience successes and failures in a supportive environment, make choices based on Biblical principles, have fun and make friends.  Clubs are led by a team of teachers committed to building Godly relationships.

3rd grade and older

The meaning of Echad is to come together in unity, to be one.  The vision for this ministry is to be one in the Lord and to walk in unity and bring together the body of Christ through worship and dance.  The desire of this team is to seek the heart and will of the Lord and allow Him to move in and through us so that true worship will come forth.  This team meets weekly in the sanctuary.  Please check the church calendar for meeting times.
 

Foundations of our Faith/Catechism
3rd - 6th grade

This class will meet during worship (10:30 - end of worship) and is designed for students ready to make a commitment to learning the foundations of our faith. It will be offered every 3 years.
