Through missions, Trinity assists in the fulfillment of the Great Commission by:

  • proclaiming the gospel of Christ

  • making disciples

  • planting churches

  • training/equipping Christian leadership

All congregational members are encouraged to serve by supporting, praying, sending, or going.

Trinity is currently supporting five missionaries across the world. These missionaries serve in:

  • Africa

  • Asia

  • Guatemala

  • United States

Some of these missionaries are originally from the Trinity EPC congregation while others are based with different Christian world mission organizations.

Short-term missions through The King’s Academy and other groups from the congregation are supported throughout the year.  These groups serve locally in Florence and other areas of South Carolina as well as across state lines and US borders. Africa, Guatemala, Honduras, and Puerto Rico are just a few of the places across the world our teams have traveled. Kristin Collins was recently supported by Trinity EPC on a short term missions trip to Central America.

She served alongside Hope Project in Nicaragua with various teams working with local churches to support different needs within the community. They built five houses and provided expecting mother’s with medical supplies for delivery and newborn care. Kristin also participated in educational training for local teachers and tutors.
